In the app you can also use Settings → Send feedback, which adds your app version for us.

How do I save a post from another app?

Tap Share on the post, video or article, then tap Crux. If Crux isn’t in the row of apps, swipe to the end and tap More. Settings → Save from other apps walks you through it.

How do I bring in what I’ve already saved?

Open the Import tab. Connect YouTube to bring in your playlists, or X for your bookmarks; both keep up with new ones every day. For Reddit, Crux shows you how to ask Reddit for your data and upload the file it sends.

How do I cancel or change my membership?

Memberships are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crux. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

I paid but Crux still shows the free version.

In Crux, open Settings → Your plan and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it. Deleting the app alone doesn’t cancel a membership; cancel it as above.

What happens to my data?

Crux reads only what you share or bring in, and connected accounts are read-only: Crux can’t post or change anything. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
